God's Sitting Partners, LLC provides non-medical home care services to individuals in the Birmingham, Alabama metropolitan area, including but not limited to:
• In-home caregiver services
• Dementia and memory care support
• Respite care for family caregivers
• 24-hour availability and emergency owner access
Our services are provided by trained, fully insured caregivers. We are not a licensed medical provider and do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or skilled nursing services. All services are subject to a separate written Service Agreement executed prior to the commencement of care.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
• Use our website in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
• Transmit unsolicited commercial messages or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Interfere with the operation or security of our website
• Impersonate any individual or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

The free care assessment offered on our website is a preliminary consultation only and does not constitute a binding commitment to provide services. Services will not commence until a written Service Agreement is signed by all required parties and applicable intake requirements are completed.
The terms of your specific care arrangement, including scheduling, rates, and caregiver assignments, will be governed by your individual Service Agreement.
Service fees are set forth in your Service Agreement. Payment terms are as agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to modify rates with advance written notice. Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of services.

Either party may modify or cancel scheduled services in accordance with the notice requirements set forth in the Service Agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services in situations involving safety concerns, non-payment, or a material breach of the Service Agreement.
God's Sitting Partners, LLC employs and supervises all caregivers. Caregivers are agents of the Company and are not independent contractors placed with clients for direct hire. Client requests to engage caregivers outside of their employment with the Company are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services.
The owner is personally accessible 24/7 to address any concerns regarding caregiver conduct or service quality.
To ensure a safe and effective care environment, clients and their families agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete health, medical, and household information at intake
• Maintain a safe working environment for caregivers
• Notify us promptly of any changes in health status, medications, or care needs
• Treat caregivers with respect and dignity
• Secure valuables and inform us of any household hazards
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, God's Sitting Partners, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or our services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
All God's Sitting Partners, LLC caregivers are fully insured, providing protection for our clients and their households. Proof of insurance coverage is available upon request.
All content on the God's Sitting Partners, LLC website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of God's Sitting Partners, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the policies and network conditions of your carrier. God's Sitting Partners, LLC is not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or blocked by a carrier.
